When it comes to showcasing apartment layouts, real estate agents often settle for mediocre results – combining panoramic photos of questionable quality into a single virtual tour. However, Filip Hess, the owner of KIWI Reality in Ostrava, had a different vision. He wanted to go beyond the ordinary and asked us to create a top-tier virtual tour that would showcase not just the apartment, but its full potential.
How did the collaboration go?
From the very beginning, it was clear that the key to success would be linking the virtual tour with up-to-date property information. Our goal was to offer high-quality photographs supplemented with interactive elements that would allow viewers to better navigate and learn more about the apartment. The photography took place during the day to capture all the details in optimal lighting, and we then added elements that enhanced the tour and made it unique.

The virtual tour offers interactive elements with detailed information about the space – room dimensions, technical specifications, and views from the windows. It allows potential buyers to better explore the apartment without the need for an in-person visit.
