A bike shop might not seem like a typical candidate for a virtual tour at first glance. However, in this case it was a thoughtful and strategic collaboration. The owner, Michal, had a clear vision from the start – to connect the e-shop with the physical store, showcase the workshop and support facilities, and present the products more symbolically.

The result is an original concept that bridges the online and offline world. The interactive elements of the virtual tour played a key role.

How did the collaboration go?

Collaboration with Michal was great from the very beginning. Together, we created a clear work plan, filmed four short videos, and connected different sections of the physical store with the corresponding sections of the e-shop. We focused on simple customer navigation in the store, instant purchase options via the e-shop, and a personal, human approach. “Majk” — the owner Michal himself — appears in the short videos within the virtual tour, explaining key products and sales principles directly.

We also integrated elements from his active Instagram community into the tour — in several areas of the store, we placed short Instagram videos that bring the space to life and connect the physical shop with the online world.

I was impressed by the professional approach and especially by how quickly the entire shop was photographed. Everything was done in a single Saturday morning, and within two weeks the tour was fully programmed and ready. I really like the option to greet customers even before they enter the tour using a video clip, as well as the basket icons and direct links to the e-shop.
